How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for classes and tea party setups. Pop-up pickups require 48 hours advance ordering. Corporate wellness inquiries can be submitted any time and we will work with your timeline.
Do you travel for events?
We currently serve the local area around Barstow California including the surrounding Inland Empire region. For events further away contact us and we will discuss what is possible.
What is included in the Tea Party Setup?
Standard setup includes a self-serve tea station, your choice of 3 blends, branded signage, cups and stirrers, and setup and breakdown by us. Large setup includes additional blends and equipment. Contact us for a full quote.
Can I customize the blends for my event?
Yes. You can select which blends are featured at your event. Contact us for details on custom blend options for larger events.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule contact us at least 72 hours before your event and we will do our best to find a new date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event forfeit the full deposit.
Can the Mood Box be used as an event favor or gift?
Absolutely. The Melanated Mood Box is one of our most popular event favors and corporate gifts. Contact us for bulk Mood Box orders for events — we offer coordinated fulfillment for orders of 10 or more.
